Adam's Smokehouse was born from a love for good barbecue and good service. The owners, Frank Vinciguerra and Mike Ireland, worked together for several years at Pappy's Smokehouse before opening Adam's, (with the blessing of the Pappy's crew and the help of their barbeque master, Skip Steele.)
Adam's is a collaboration with two of the greatest smokehouses in St. Louis, Pappy's and Bogart's. With the help of Skip, (and tremendous support from the Pappy's and Bogart's crews!) Frank and Mike have come up with a combination of great smoked meats, tasty sides, and a neighborhood atmosphere where you can pop in and grab a table or order your 'que to go and enjoy it at home.
**In the spirit of always remembering what got you to this point, we want to give special acknowledgement to the Gaffney Family. Adam's was named after a good friend of Frank and Mike's (and fellow Pappy's coworker) who passed suddenly in 2012. Adam Gaffney loved sports and barbeque, and was a friend to everyone. Adam's Smokehouse wouldn't have been possible without all of the love and support from the Gaffney family, and for that they have our thanks and gratitude.**
