Our Team

We believe that when it comes to barbeque, low and slow is the way to go!  All of our meats are slow cooked to perfection on our faithful smokers, Jake and Elwood.  Our sides offer just the right selection to complement the main event, whichever that may be for you: our amazing smoked ribs, garlicky smoked salami, or another of our barbeque masterpieces.

Adam's Smokehouse was born from a love for good barbeque and good service.  The owners, Frank Vinciguerra and Mike Ireland, worked together for several years at Pappy's Smokehouse before opening Adam's.  Together they've assembled an amazing barbeque team committed to delicious food and outstanding service.

**In the spirit of always remembering what got you to this point, we give special acknowledgement to the Gaffney Family.  Adam's was named after a good friend of Frank and Mike's (and fellow Pappy's alum) who passed suddenly in 2012.  Adam Gaffney loved sports and barbeque, and was a friend to everyone.  Adam' s Smokehouse wouldn't have been possible without all of the love and support from the Gaffney family, and for that they have our thanks and gratitude. **
